I 'm not sure if its PMS or I have a problem

Well this whole month i have been feeling rather weak, there are time where I get up take a few steps and nearly feel like I'm going to faint. Also I have a hard time finishing my workout and I have been sleeping way to much and still feel exhausted. Nico want to take me to the doctor soon. She is quite worried because I'm not the energetic me. Oh and tomorrow we shoot for SG.
