Hands down for anyone who is trying to lose weight, I recommend this. In one month of taking it i lost probably around ten pounds! Its pretty expensive and this taste its ehhh but it works!
I was really sad when I ran out. Lucky I'm going back on this tomorrow and hitting up biking at the gym. Gotta get back on track!
